Used in many applications, total loss oil and liquid grease lubrication involves creating a thin film of oil between moving parts that is periodically replenished by an automatic lubrication system. A major user of this technology is the machine tool industry.

Thin oil lubrication systems are divided into 2 as 01 System and 33V systems.

01 System lubrication dosages are used for continuous lubrication (drip) in drip form. On the other hand, in 33V dosing systems, when the line reaches pressure, oil is pumped from the injectors in precise and error-free amounts. The pressure in the line is then relieved, allowing the injectors to be installed for the next lubrication period. DL32 or DL33 injectors are the right products for machine precision lubrication, cost and consumption, and used in a single line automatic lubrication system.
